Glass Block is in!

Actually it has been in for a week, but with Christmas, etc we didn't get around to posting anything new.  Today we started building the deck out in the back yard.  Monika and I are working on what colors we want, which is going surprisingly smooth....As soon as she can decide what color she wants the building to be.

Things are coming along.

What a difference ten more days makes.  Back yard is cleaned out windows are put in, glass block is ready to be placed and all the walls that are coming out are out. Still a ton of work to do, but it is coming along.  Monika is still losing her mind, but her and Mikey seem to have come to a bit of a detente about how things need to proceed.  Horseshoe stakes are placed, so we've got that...

10 Days In..........

We have demolished, landscaped, rebuilt, built, cut and constructed and still have barely scratched the surface.  We would like to thank the makers of Ben-Gay and Tylenol Back & Body.  Still Loving It.

HOLY CRAP!

We finally closed on the future location of Zaco's Tacos.  We have a metric butt load of work ahead of us and the reality really, really set in after we walked through our new acquisition.  We are doing little stuff right now while we wait for licensing approval.  Can't wait/terrified to really get started.  Here are the girls on our first day of ownership.  As you can see, we have a little bit of structural changes ahead of us.  Woohoo!
